Time to take stock and plan ahead

Where's your club heading for?

As the festive season is almost upon us and with it the end of the year it’s a time to take stock within the footballing world despite being part way through a season there’s never a moment to not re-evaluate.

I do it myself a lot, define which direction this blog is going in, what I could do to improve it, get the best content out there I can and how to increase my level of subscribers, the latter the most important part of what I do, you the readers.

For football clubs that work comes in many different shapes and forms and not every decision is going to greeted with cheers and pats on the back. Like the summer it’s the time for difficult conversations to be had.
