Action from AFC Totton vs Beaconsfield in the Southern League Premier South Division

Non League Day. A creation began back in 2010 as a Facebook group invite between James Doe and a few friends turned into a celebration of the pyramid of lower level football during the March international break for the top level of the game.

Offers and sideshows added by some clubs makes for a great marketing day for the game, however in my opinion there are plenty more reasons to go and watch your local side or a team a few more miles away, go where you’re valued.

Saturday took myself and Gaz to a brand new venue and to make a change I was chauffeured, that in itself is a rarity! A venture to the edge of the New Forest and AFC Totton, play-off chasers in the Southern League Premier South hosting mid-table Beaconsfield.
