New era underway at Roots Hall
Late last week the prolonged takeover of Southend Utd finally reached it’s conclusion with Justin Rees COSU (Custodians Of Southend Utd) consortium taking control from the much maligned Ron Martin.
Regular readers will know I’ve very much been shouting their cause across my pages, on here and on social media. I do the same for as many clubs as I see coming up on pages when in trouble.
I do have personal friends at the club, I’ve made many more along the way and on The PNLP podcast I am a part of we’ve featured Liam Ager more times than he no doubt would have liked across the season in search of that elusive good news.
