Substitutes impact conjures up a goal

The second home instalment at The Hive on Tuesday evening was something of a new event for me. Over the summer Barnet turned a section on the dugout side seating to safe standing.

I’ve always preferred to stand at a game. I honestly sit down enough on the way there and the journey home too, time to stretch my legs for 90 minutes is what I prefer.

As it was the journey up to Harrow was almost 4 hours, ridiculous traffic just about everywhere and missing out on a beer at 6.30 I wasn’t impressed either.
