Glorious afternoon for watching football

Having not managed too many games in Sussex over the past four weeks and a lot of time spent watching National League football it was time to redress the balance at the weekend.

There were a few options to take in, mindful of driving to and from London on Sunday and Monday meant I wasn’t planning on travelling too far to watch a game.

I settled on heading around 30 minutes away from home and into the Southern Combination Division One at Storrington, a ground I’d not been to for a fair while, but keen to take in their progress since promotion last summer.
