As the year kicks into October it was back to the FA Cup again and once more a trip not too far away. As you know I like to try and get around a lot of the clubs local to me, some for the very reason they’re really helpful in promoting what I do as a blogger and podcaster.
To visit is a way of returning the favour and of course knowing people at these clubs is a great way of extending the contact book plus also getting the insights into how their club is doing in the grand scheme of things.
Saturday took me up the road to Horsham, a club that are thriving since the opening of their Camping World Stadium just off the A24 a few years ago. After a nomadic existence since leaving their Queen Street stadium in 2008 the Hornets now have a purpose built stadium with a 3G surface and an ever improving club year on year.
