With this being New Years Eve a chance for me to say thank you for another 12 months of your support whether that be sharing the Friday Freebie across your own social platforms or becoming a free or paid subscriber.
It’s been another busy year in the world of non-league football and the amount of content available is unprecedented, there isn’t enough hours in the day to write what I could.
The image above is for me the same story every year, the opportunity to put the past 12 months behind and look forward to the next chapter or the next book. Regardless of that time, every page is new and your imprint to go on it.
Whilst I might not have achieved everything I wanted to over the last year there is always time to make it happen in the future. But at the same time how do you measure achievements?
My network is bigger than 12 months, an extremely important part of being able to call on favours for interviews and information from as many clubs as possible. I’ve often being asked to appear on other podcasts than just my own, I appreciate that in the sense it shows at least to me I must know my stuff or appear to!
The regular of you will know I have a project in Sussex underway since July which is making great strides. With that in mind and of course here on www.footballwriting.co.uk it might mean streamlining elsewhere in the coming months but no change here that’s for sure.
I always set myself targets every year, and the next 12 months will be hard and aggressive to reach the levels I want to get to, no hard targets, no hard success.
So, once again thank you any support you’ve given my work over the last year and prior to that, every single share, subscription and comments are appreciated and please keep that going in 2025.
