Frustration for the Hoops as visitors take a point
Entertaining draw but three games without a win for Corinthian
There’s always something to throw a spanner in the works, especially on a Tuesday evening. Nearly a 100% record for the weather dictating where I’m heading unless I had already decided on a game where the 3G pitch meant no rain issues.
My plan was Corinthian vs Sutton Athletic in the Southern Counties East League, having been a while since a trip to Kent to see Michael Golding’s side in action and writing in their matchday programme like a few others I like to attend at least once as a thank you for taking my work.
Barnet then went and re-arranged their home fixture against Eastleigh for the same night, but having watched the Bees three times within the last month and conscious of not overloading this blog with games involving my team (there’s a blog for that here) I stuck with my original destination with plenty more Bees games to come in the final month for me.
