Finding a dry night or day for football in Sussex is a rare occurrence this summer. Times when you should be in a t-shirt and shorts it’s more jumpers and trousers and the occasional odd brolly take-a-long as well.
Tuesday night was time to head along and watch another of the Sussex play off sides from last season and one winning promotion after seven years away from the top division
Wick hosted Fareham Town from the Wessex League, it’s been nice to see a lot of clubs hosting teams away from their home county and giving it a bit of variety along the way.
