Final Throes of Pre-Season Upon Us

Littlehampton Town vs Worthing XI

As I’ve said all the way through this pre-season I’ve spent less time concentrating on the game when I’ve gone to matches rather more on the people and places I’ve ended up at.

Not often Friday night football presents itself either, nor Sunday’s for that matter too so sometimes you have to break from the norm and embrace a bit of different.

Now this one might have happened almost a week ago, but be rude not to complete a write up along the way. Ironically, I had watched Littlehampton a few days earlier at Pagham, not much else was around local despite having this fixture already on the list.

I hadn’t actually expected to see anyone at this one, despite the fact of it being one of the closest sides to me and close connections with quite a few within the home club.
