A new TV deal, linked in with a new streaming deal, but why aren’t National League fans happy? Well, if you go by the ‘statement’ released by the league then you knew no more than you did before you read it.
It was late, not much detail and following in the footsteps of some super coverage from BT/TNT Sport over the last 10 years.
They promised a lot at the beginning of the season. Some has materialised such as a constant stream of highlights for the 24 clubs in the top division which in fact has been the opposite of BT/TNT. Beyond that, there isn’t much else extra.
