The midweek venture was once again in Sussex, the middle a of mini tour to end the month, none of it planned, just other fixtures not falling to take in or the games chosen on paper were decent fixtures.
After taking in a top of the table Isthmian League clash on Saturday, the Sussex Transport Community Stadium was the Tuesday night venue, high flying Worthing 2nd in the National League South hosted Slough Town, themselves looking upwards at a play-off spot with an incredible home record of 15 matches unbeaten stretching back five months.
Once again the weather was playing havoc with fixtures across the South with news of late postponements once again but the 3g/4g surfaces meaning plenty would actually be going ahead without any drama.
