Are Supporters Still Short Changed?

Change the rules, cut out the frustration

Time wasting. Or do we call it gamesmanship? Or cheating? A combination of all three. Well potentially yes. I can’t speak for football prior to about the age of eight but that does take us back nearly 42 years.

And in that time, it’s moved on in various shapes and form. Taking it to the corner flag has long been one, but within the realms of the game because the ball is at least still in play.

Throws in’s where the ball person has a towel and a few seconds elapse while the ball is wiped more times than it’s been wet. Making substitutions to eat up a few more seconds and disrupting the flow of play was commonplace.
